The Yogi government has started a special portal to return people trapped outside the states. Such people who are trapped in other states and who want to move from other states outside the state can register themselves through this portal. The process of registration in the Janasunwai portal (https://jansunwai.up.nic.in) will begin on 5 May i.e. this afternoon. But the government has implemented this facility conditionally. Action can also be taken against those who give wrong information.
Due to the lockdown, they are not able to come out of the state or their homes, such people have to fill their information through this portal. People can also register through the public hearing app with the portal. It is also available on the Android app. After downloading, permission can be obtained by giving information about it.
The government has made it clear that the registration done on the Janusunwai portal should not be considered as permission for travel. Information will be made available to the applicant on getting permission from the competent level. Action can be taken under the epidemic act or disaster management act if the wrong information is given in the registration process.
For registration to come from other states to Uttar Pradesh, the applicant should have his name, age, class of passenger, gender, mobile number, e-mail, identity card and number, about traveling with family, mode of travel, applicant Or any other family member, whether cold / cough or fever or related symptoms, the applicant/family has been quarantined in recent days for 14 days or not. If yes, from when to how long, the present address of the applicant, the address to which the applicant wants to go in Uttar Pradesh, the name of the contact person, and his mobile number will have to be provided.
Also, a declaration has to be made regarding the correctness of this statement. The applicant must also ensure that if the applicant reaches Uttar Pradesh, he may have to stay in the necessary quarantine. It is also to be declared that the applicant has not resided in any of the content zones of his city/district for the last two months. It has also been clarified that if the information is found to be wrong, then action can be taken under the Pandemic Act or the Disaster Management

More Than 50 Thousand Migrant Workers Have Returned To Up
