The Union Ministry of Tourism has urged all state governments to drop the availability of obligatory RT-PCR checks for guests who’ve acquired each doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
In a letter to all states, the ministry stated the matter was mentioned at a digital assembly with all state and union territory Tourism division principal secretaries and the Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism and Hospitality (FAITH) underneath the chairpersonship of the Union tourism secretary on August 5.
Currently, just some states like Maharashtra and Sikkim enable entry to totally vaccinated travellers with out damaging RT-PCR reviews.
