Lockdown has been done once again in Pune. The lockdown has been done in Pune from 13 July to 23 July. It has been decided to have a strict lockdown for 10 days. During this time, all kinds of activities except the essential things will be stopped. These rules will apply in the Pimpri, Chinchwad area of urban and rural areas of Pune.

The Pune administration has issued an order for this. Pune District Collector Naval Kishore Ram said that 24 villages in the rural areas of Pune have been identified. Lockdown will also be applicable in these 24 villages. Along with Pune, the Pimpri area has also been declared as a container zone. There will be a complete strict lockdown in Pune city.

All types of private and government offices will remain closed. Except for important things, the entire market, traffic will remain closed. Corona Warriors will be allowed to move. All types of markets and shops will be closed except medical stores, hospitals, dairy products, vegetables.

This decision has been taken due to Coronavirus. There are over 28 thousand cases of corona in Pune. Of these, more than 13 thousand have been cured, while 872 people have died. There are two and a quarter of lakh cases in Maharashtra. Of these, one lakh 23 thousand have been cured. Here 9 thousand more people have died. Maharashtra is the place in the country that is struggling with the most corona.

In view of the growing impact of the global pandemic Coronavirus (Covid-19), a complete lockdown has been announced for up to 11 days in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad in Maharashtra. The local administration said on Friday (July 10) that Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad would have a complete lockdown from July 13 to July 23 to prevent the spread of Kovid-19. However, during this time all the necessary services will continue as before.

A record of 6,875 new cases of COVID-19 was reported in Maharashtra on Thursday (9 July), after which its total number of patients increased to 2,30,599, while 219 more patients died in the state. The number increased to 9,667. On Thursday, 1083 new cases of coronavirus were reported in Pune, bringing the total number of infected people to 34,399 in the district. PTI was quoted as saying by a health officer. With this, after the death of 34 more people from Corona in the district, the death toll has reached 978.

As per the ICMR Report,1,10,24,491 samples were tested in the country till July 9, of which 2,83,659 samples were tested on Thursday. As per to the updated data at eight o’clock on Friday morning, 4,95,512 patients in the country have recovered from the infection, while 2,76,685 patients infected with the coronavirus are currently undergoing treatment.

Highest death in Maharashtra

As per the news, 22 people died in Assam, 15 patients in Chhattisgarh, 14 in Puducherry, 11 in Himachal Pradesh, nine in Goa, seven in Chandigarh, two each in Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya, Tripura, and Ladakh. One patient died due to infection. As per to the ministry, more than 70 percent of people who died of Coronavirus infection was also suffering from other diseases.

Most cases in Maharashtra

As per the news from the ministry, Maharashtra has the highest number of 2,30,599 cases of coronavirus infection. Recently, there are 1,26,581 cases of infection in Tamil Nadu, 1,07,051 cases in Delhi, 39,194 cases in Gujarat, 32,362 cases in Uttar Pradesh, 31,105 cases in Karnataka and 30,946 infections in Telangana. 25,911 cases of infection are in West Bengal, 23,814 cases in Andhra Pradesh, 22,563 cases in Rajasthan, 19,369 cases in Haryana, and 16,341 cases in Madhya Pradesh.

Covid-19 cases are 14,032 in Assam, 13,944 cases in Bihar, 11,201 cases in Odisha, 9,501 cases in Jammu and Kashmir, 7,140 cases in Punjab, and 6,534 cases in Kerala. 3,675 cases of infection is in Chhattisgarh, 3,305 cases in Uttarakhand, 3,246 cases in Jharkhand, 2,151 cases in Goa, 1,776 cases in Tripura, 1,450 cases in Manipur, 1,140 cases in Himachal Pradesh and As per the report 1,055 cases in Ladakh.

As per the news, There are 1,151 cases of Kovid-19 in Puducherry, 673 cases in Nagaland, 523 cases in Chandigarh, and a total of 411 infection cases in Dadra Nagar Haveli and Daman-Diu. There have been 302 cases in Arunachal Pradesh, 197 cases in Mizoram, 151 cases in Andaman and Nicobar, 134 cases in Sikkim, and 113 cases of infection in Meghalaya. At the same time, Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar said that people should purchase essential items within the next two days, as only essential services will remain open after that.
