According to sources, in the fifth phase of lockdown, there is no possibility of relaxing the rules of lockdown in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Surat, Jaipur, Kolkata, Pune, Indore, Bangalore, Thane. Actually, the highest number of cases of coronavirus have been reported in these cities and the period of increase in them is going on continuously. In such a situation, the possibility of exemption is being given in other parts of the country except for these cities.

In Lockdown 5.0, there is a possibility of getting exemption from opening of religious places by the center, many other exemptions related to permission to open gyms, but with terms and conditions. Apart from this, programs like Mela and Utsav will be banned. That’s will be mandatory to follow the rules of social distancing. At the same time, it will also be necessary to follow the rules like wearing masks.

1- As per the first rule The State Governments will have the right to get concessions on what in the state and not on it. In perceive of the cases of coronavirus, the state governments can decide whether to relax or not give in to various restrictions.

2- If there is Any kind of activity or movement in the Containment Zone ie Red Zone or sealed areas is still expected to be disrupted.

3- After the growing cases of coronavirus in the country, the central government can implement some new rules. Some things can also be banned.

4- Schools are not required to be opened at present. Other educational institutions can continue this ban.

5- As per the further rule The state government and local administration will also have to make a decision regarding shopping malls. Lockdown 4.0 banned the opening of shopping malls. But now obligation are being made that some state governments may allow them to open shopping malls in selected areas.

6- Railway travel and domestic flights will continue. The service of Delhi Metro can also be started to some limitations after 1 June.

7- In Lockdown 5.0 there is doubt on the opening of any religious place. As per the information, there will be a ban on people gathering at religious places. As per the news, But it can also give the power to decide it to the central and state governments. Just Take a look that the Government of Karnataka had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the past and recommended that religious places be opened.
